Emma Kennedy, Campaign ManagerBackground
Emma has almost a decade of experience in the communications field, working with both corporate and government clients. She brings a diverse range of skills to Social Change Media, including experience in project management, business management, publishing, research and media. Her role at SCM includes managing the development and implementation of communications strategies and public education campaigns. Emma's experience managing projects for clients and her own business gives her a keen understanding of the importance of managing budgets and ensuring delivery to timelines. Emma's interest in social change is a longstanding one, having worked with a number of organisations including The Fred Hollows Foundation, Tools for Self Reliance (Japan), Japan Environment Exchange, AFS International Exchanges and Amnesty International. She has a passion for environmental and social issues and loves the challenge of building individual and organisational capacity to generate positive social change. Recent ProjectsEmma's recent projects include: Emma has tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Communications and gained her Master of Arts in International Relations (Development Studies) from Ritsumeikan University, Japan. And away from the office...Emma can often be found answering the call of the wild. On weekends you may see her flash past as a blur, hurtling down Blue Mountains fire trails on her mountain bike, li-loing the Shoalhaven River or abseiling off the cliffs at North Head. Contact Emma
