Why would we need a consultant?

Warwick's personal style is empathetic and conciliatory. He believes that workplace change is best achieved through a "truth and reconciliation" approach. This involves getting people to share their problems and recognise both their common interests and differences. Warwick then facilitates cooperation by encouraging all parties to give ground to reach a common position that everyone can own and support.
