Working With Unions To Make a Difference

Social Change Media is proud of its work with the union movement. We have worked closely with a number of unions over many years to produce quality publications and provided valuable campaign services.

Vinson Inquiry Booklet

Our Union Work

Throughout our history we have performed the following services to the union movement:

  • designed and produced journals
  • designed a full range of campaign materials (logos, flyers, posters, badges, stickers and banners)
  • developed campaign strategies
  • provided event management to support campaigns
  • provided media services (copywriting and media management)

Some of our Union Clients

Some of the union organisations we have worked with include:

  • Australian Council of Trade Unions
  • Labor Council of NSW
  • Maritime Union of Australia
  • APHEDA (Union Aid Abroad)
  • NSW Teachers Federation
  • Australian Services Union

Recent Projects

Earlier this year we designed and produced a booklet for the NSW Teachers Federation that summarised the findings of the groundbreaking Vinson Inquiry into Public Education in NSW. This booklet conveyed the findings of the Vinson Inquiry in clear, simple language within a design that was attractive and easy to follow. The booklet was distributed to over half a million readers as an insert in the Sun-Herald. Our work gave the NSW Teachers Federation's Public Education campaign a significant lift during the last NSW State election.

We're currently working with the NSW Teachers Federation providing campaign support and design services for their Salaries 2003 campaign.
